Our Team

Rob Sanders is the acting Publisher. He also heads Greystone Books, New Society’s sister imprint at D&M Publishers.

Chris Plant has been Chief Editor and Copublisher since 1996. He now serves on the Editorial Board in a retired capacity as Editor Emeritus.

Judith Plant has been Director of Marketing and Rights and Copublisher since 1996. She continues to serve in a retired capacity on the Editorial Board.

EJ Hurst is one of our Marketing Coordinators, handling marketing campaigns, promotion, media liaison and advertising. EJ can be reached at extension 121.

Sara Reeves is our other Marketing Coordinator, handling marketing campaigns and acting as a liaison with media, publicists, sales reps and distributors. Sara can be reached at extension 110.

Joy Reeves is our Sales, Customer Service and Office Manager. Joy can be reached at extension 111.

Jean Wyenberg is our Publishing Assistant. She can be contacted for permissions, on-line order queries, catalog orders or questions about manuscript submission. Jean can be reached at 119.

Julie Raddysh is our Inventory Manager, overseeing inventory at our US warehouse and two Canadian warehouses. Julie also handles all aspects of Foreign Rights.

Heather Nicholas is our Digital Publishing Manager. She is also active in acquisitions and serves on the Editorial Board.

Ingrid Witvoet is our Managing Editor, ensuring the smooth passage of books through the editorial process. She is also active in acquisitions and serves on the Editorial Board.

Sue Custance is our Production Manager, managing the book production schedule for new titles and reprints from layout to press. Sue also coordinates the cover design process.
